Project Overview

Project Purpose & Benefits

The Hillgrove Avenue Phase I Engineering Project includes approximately 2,750 feet of roadway rehabilitation, reconstruction, and streetscape and pedestrian improvements along Hillgrove Avenue from Hampton Avenue to Wolf Road, primarily within the existing right-of-way. The project will enhance operations and access throughout the corridor through a combination of concrete, paver, and permeable paver roadway treatments; traffic calming measures; pedestrian amenities; landscaping and lighting improvements; gateway features; limited drainage improvements; water, sewer, and electrical infrastructure upgrades; and green infrastructure elements.
